Our Baby's Arrival

Image
Me 6 days old
Hi beautiful people!

My name is Joshua Emmanuel Yu, you can simply call me Josh. I was born on 20 August 2016, through emergency caesarian (because mama was too tired while pushing me out).

Both mama and I (and papa too!) are getting know each others day by day. I'm currently 11 days old and I drink much!

Since I'm the new member in my family, I guess I will make some appearances in mom's blog too.

Nice to know you all, let's have a great time together!

xoxo,
Josh, Papa, Mama

Tick Tock Tick Tock

One thing I (already) knew about my son, that he is a smart boy.
Last Saturday, it was my first time to attend pregnancy exercises class. A lil bit too late, but better than never.

Beside doing the exercises, we are also given some knowledges about birth preparation. The class was hosted by a friendly and senior midwife in the hospital, her name is Ibu Anda.
When the class over, Ibu Anda will be checking our baby's heartbeat. When it was my turn, she slightly pressed bottom part of my belly and said, "Wah, kepala bayinya udah masuk bawah panggul, nih." And then, Ibu Anda checked the baby's heartbeat, and I can hear it too from the device that she used. Ibu Anda immediately smiled when we heard the heartbeat and said, "Wah... bagus yah detak jantungnya...". And again... I smiled even widely this time and telling my son in heart, &q…

So, we are officially hitting the very 36 weeks milestone, means our cookie is almost done baking, everyone!

Let's recap what has been going on with the belly (and of course the mommy) until this week.

Eat in Bali: Sakanaya Fish Market by Ryoshi | Sushi Hana Bali

Sebenarnya nggak "pasar" banget, sih. Malah bukan pasar sama sekali.
Kalau res…
